2016-03-17 D-A-D Confirmed for Grøn Koncert 2016

Denmark's most beloved rock band is back at Grøn Koncert after a six-year break.

This time the audience can look forward to hearing a legendary D-A-D-album in its full length - either No Fuel Left For The Pilgrims or Riskin' It All, depending on which concert you attend.

Nobody in the audience will know which concert they will get to experience.

Both concerts are packed with iconic scenography. "We have found all the old set design, which has survived, and also built a lot of new, big things. So the two concerts are totally different from each other - both musically and in terms of stage decoration - and we will add a few extra numbers too," says Jesper.

This year the tour starts July 21 in Kolding and ends on July 31 in Copenhagen.

Thundermother will support D-A-D on the European leg of the tour, in April-May.

These five ladies hailing from Sweden conquer the rock world with their twin attack sound. Pure driven classic hard rock - pure enjoyment and rock’n’roll deep from their bones.
”Combining the high voltage of AC/DC and Motörhead with charismatic performances and looks that kill, Thundermother are one of Stockholm’s greatest export[s] since Melodic Death Metal” says REVOLVER Magazine and picks THUNDERMOTHER as a ”BAND TO WATCH” in their December issue.

2015-12-20 Riskin’ it all for the Pilgrims in Scandinavia

Yes, the Scandinavian audience will also get the chance to hear the two classic albums!
To make it even more fun the band will only play one of the albums at each show, without revealing which in advance.
The organizers will have no influence on the choice and there will be no voting on Facebook or the like.
Only when the curtain rises for each show, it will be revealed which album will be played that evening.
It will be funny, it will be hard, it will be ... D-A-D.

The Danish part of the tour will include 20 concerts. So far the following are confirmed:

2015-12-03 Monsters Of Rock Cruise 2016

We are happy to announce that D-A-D will be one of the bands on the the 2016 Monsters of Rock Cruise, Shredders From the Deep.
The cruise, described as a fantasy camp for hard-rockin’ enthusiasts, departs from Miami, FL on Monday, February 22, 2016 for four days and nights of party, visiting tropical ports including Monster Beach at Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau/Paradise Island, Bahamas.
In addition to the show on the ship D-A-D will perform at a Pre-Cruise Party at The Magic City Casino in Miami, on February 21. The two Pre-Cruise Parties are free to all that are booked at the MORC.
The producer left us this promising message:
”We are doing a special Christmas deal, so if D-A-D fans call in... They will have some special deals
for Foreign travelers to cruise.”
