It is nice to see something new and "never-been-done-before" every time they make a video, makes it exciting..

I simply love it... At first, I though that Hey Now would not be such a good choice for a video, but it really is...!

I think the video reminds me at bit about the White Stripes - "Fell in Love With a Girl"... However, D-A-D has just done it in their own style...

I hope that the video will do well on the charts Smiley

WHY WHY WHY WHY!!!!!

i really don't get why that song is their 2nd single!!!!!!

the video is okay, it has some new elements, but i really don't think it's going to make it big....

Just a correction…

Pocaholmes said that it was junior senior, who made a video “in lego”, but it wasn’t them… The junior senior video was just made of coloured boxes, whereas the video by The White Stripes was made out of real lego (which by the way was a huge thing to do)…

The Hey Now video is not made out of boxes or lego, but I still think that the video effects with the cross-stitches has the same “theme” in a way…

Personally I'm not very impressed by this video, I'm actually quite dissapointed.
I can understand why they released it as a single because it has radio potential, but I really don't get the idea about those cross-stitches! Sorry to say it who ever the director was (Probably Mr. Hoppe)

Time to point out what I like/dislike about the video....

The best parts of the video is where you see "real" video recording, I think that fits the music far better. I had imagined that the bathing woman, the astronaut etc. could pop up once in a whole in a clip with only them, eg. in the guitar part before the last chorus.
I see the idea about have the scene set as an apartment block, but still it's those cross-stitches that destroys everything! It's a shame

New and fresh is not always good. I think we need Thorleif back in the directors seat Smiley

I like it and the concept of it. I think the crossstitch pattern thing is neat but a bit over done. More actual band footage (where you could see them) would have been cool. Also, this video looked cooler in the pictures section. It was not at all what I expected.

When I heard this song, I pictured a guy leaving his house and going out in the town at night. Nothing like this. But I am glad D-A-D had a link to view it on here! Thanks.

I think it is one of the best videos I have ever seen.
And D-A-D is such a cool band for not just doing a typical video.
They do things their own way. Is it possible to download the video?
